, after joining AIMS International in 2008, Vivi Lee was promoted as Managing Director of the Hong Kong office in 2011. There, she has helped developing the Luxury Retail & FMCG market over a number of years. She now leads the Asia Practice Group for this sector. Her work has also allowed the company to grow this market and its business regionally and globally. Her years of experiences and close connection with key market actors in Hong Kong have allowed her to maintain a wide network of professionals in this sector. Over the years, she has successfully helped companies build quality teams by finding the right individuals for the right position.
These placements include Regional/Country Managing Director and Regional Functional Directors in Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR. Vivi has contributed to generating further growth for clients by finding the right candidates possessing the competencies and cultural knowledge necessary for success in the Greater China region.
Before joining AIMS, Vivi worked in the Sales & Marketing teams of various electronic, lighting and manufacturing companies. Notably, she worked with the Traxon’s Group which became one of the largest lighting design and architecture company and has since become an OSRAM company. She later worked in a health & beauty retail chain as a Marketer, further enriching her sense for and interest in the retailing business. These previous experiences have allowed her to thrive as part of the Luxury Retail & FMCG practice group in AIMS. Vivi holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Public Relations.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
