Tomasz Niesluchowski

Tomasz Niesluchowski holds a degree of Master of Science, electronic engineer at Warsaw Technical University, Faculty of Electronics and a degree of Master of Business Administration at University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Economics. He has also accomplished an Executive Coaching training program accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Tomasz is Partner in AIMS International, Poland responsible for ICT Division (Executive Search, consulting and coaching). He has almost 5 years of experience in Executive Search, Search & Selection, Assessments and Executive Coaching.

Tomasz has been working in ICT branch since the beginning of his professional career which started in 1986, running at the position of General Manger, Board Member, Country Manager international companies such as Soft-tronik GmbH, Dell, Acer and polish local IT companies such as Apexim and Perseus. For almost 4 years, Tomasz was running his own company (1988-1992) Topaz which deliver IT solutions to the polish market. During his IT experience has also act as a Board Advisor and Chairman of Supervisory Board in polish ICT companies. Since January 2007, when Tomasz switch his career to personal consulting branch, he has managed and led close to 100 recruitment projects for major players within polish ICT market (among others: Acxiom, Avaya, Avnet, Compfort Meridian, Crowley Data, Dell, FTS, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, NSN, OKI, Orange Group, QNH, Ricoh, SAP, Siemens, S&T). He has also participated several times as an assessor in Assessments Projects (among others: Orange Group, PZU Insurance Company, ENEA Electricity Distributor Group, Coca Cola).

In addition Tomasz is holding a position as a Chairman of Alumni Association WEMBA (Joint MBA program of Warsaw School of Economics and Carlson School of Economics – University of Minnesota).

As a licensed Mountain Guide, Tomasz spends his free time in travelling and climbing in the mountains. He also does a lot of bicycle trips, yachting and country cross skiing.

He speaks fluent English and basic Russian.
