He had been working 2 years with a leading German Audit and Management Consulting Company as Junior Management Consultant (Kontinentale Treuhand-Gesellschaft GmbH, Dusseldorf), 6 years with a leading international Audit and Management Consulting Company as Manager (Arthur Andersen & Co., Düsseldorf and Chicago) and 4 years with a leading German Management Consulting and Headhunting Company as Managing Director (Baumgartner+Partner GmbH, Sindelfingen). Since 1983 he has been working with IFM Institut fur Managementberatung GmbH, Neuss, as Founder, Partner and Managing Director. He has been Board Member of public companies and professional management consulting institutes, he has been Board Member of the German professional Institut for Management Consultants (BDU) since 1990. Rolf Heeb is also founder and Managing Director of AIMS International-Germany GmbH and President and Member of the Executive Board of AIMS International.
