For several years, he worked as Vice President and the Head of international R&D department in Nordea group focusing in Internet banking. He has experience from international recruitments from manager’s perspective and integration processes for merging different organizations together. Before that, he has experience from Andersen Consulting/Accenture and Teamware Fujitsu.
He has authored books about e.g. mobile service development, human factors & organizational issues. Hiltunen works as the Managing Director and Partner in Open Management & Progress/AIMS Finland and leads globally the IT and Telecom industry group. He is specialized in demanding executive search assignments, management audits and leadership development.
