Bernt Entschev works in Executive Search for more than 20 years, after occupying several managerial positions at Souza Cruz (BAT) and being a CEO and Board Member at Manasa.
He writes weekly columns on newspapers in Brazil (Gazeta do Povo and Correio do Povo) and Paraguay (La Nación). He also comments about Human Resources on TV (at Bom Dia Paraná, Globo TV) and in radio programs (at CBN and 91 Rock radios).
Once ranked as the 4th best Headhunter in Brazil by HR Channel, Bernt is also the author of the book “Executivos, Alfaces & Morangos” (“Executives, Lettuces & Strawberries”) and acts as a counselor at institutions such as AMCHAM, ABRH, AHK and IBEF.
