With more than 15 years of experience in business, Bernardo Entschev has graduated in Medicine in UFPR and post-graduated at University of Sao Paulo in Head and Neck and Craniofacial Surgery.
Bernardo has started his career in the health area, conducting the administration of his private surgery clinic. He has also acted as a science researcher for ACHE (ACHEFLAN) and worked as an auditor within large Health Care and Insurance companies, such as AMIL and UNIMED. This period has improved his abilities in negotiation, team management and attendance, that soon were to be demanded on the role of HR developer in AIMS Brazil, of which he is Vice-President in Brazil today.
He is also an HR columnist for some important segment newspapers and magazines in Brazil, and has represented De Bernt Entschev in several interviews and debates on national television, radio and other medias, over the last years.
Bernardo holds De Bernt Entschev’s Sao Paulo Unit, being responsible for the commercial actuation in the main Executive market of Latin America. He coordinates the prospection, sales and post-sales activities for all the services of the company’s portfolio (Executive Search, Outplacement, Counseling, Climate Surveys and Assessment). He is also responsible by the interface and combined initiatives with the international networks that De Bernt Entschev represents with exclusive permission in Brazil, AIMS (for Executive Search jobs). During his acting as an HR consultant, he has specifyied himself in the attendance of companies in the Automotive business, such as Harley Davidson, Mercedes-Benz,Volvo, Bosch and Nissan. This acting has allowed to get to know the peculiarities of this sector, understand it’s specific demands and provide the best services to these clients. Therefore Bernardo has reached Courland Automotive Pratice, being certificated as the responsible for the company’s business activities in Latin America. Since 2012 he is member of the Executive Board at AIMS International.
