Our client is a European supplier of high quality shower enclosures.
The company continues to experience rapid growth, developing first class technology and leading the market with best in class production quality.
The ultimate ambition in our Client product development is to design products that can be tailored to individual interior design requirements.
The job holder is accountable for coordinating all activities in R&D and product Innovation.
He will manage the complete process of Product Research & Development, product benchmarking within the European market.
He will liaise with Purchasing, Production and Quality for the development of new products and new applications in different market segments.
A relevant part of the job is the management of the team of six Engineers.
Requirements:
Engineering degree is a must, 10 years experience in a related business with at least 5 years experience in companies working with glass and aluminium.
Italian and German (fluent business conversation level)
