Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers, marketers and distributors of quality chemical building and construction products. They have well established business units in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and Europe.
As part of their APAC expansion they have established a new manufacturing business unit in Jakarta.
In your new role you will lead the business unit to achieve the composite objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leading the functional team of sales, operations and manufacturing.
• Business planning in accordance with overall global corporate strategy.
• Expansion of current distributors, resellers and end user business.
• Creating an inspirational culture of success and team participation.
Personal Qualifications:
• Ideally tertiary qualified (Business or Engineering) with at least five years of senior business leadership experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate personal business leadership where business results have been achieved.
• Ideally experience in a manufacturing operation – possibly with some international business.
• Energy, intuition and a passion for success.\
